
Chanly Properties is a family owned property investment company with residential and commercial properties in West London.
As a small company we are able to dedicate the time to ensure that all matters relating to our tenants and the letting and running of the properties are effectively and efficiently managed.
The properties are all situated in extremely desirable residential areas of Kensington, Earls Court and Notting Hill Gate and have, over recent years, been extensively refurbished, providing accommodation to extremely high standards.
Despite this, rents have been kept at reasonable levels starting from £180 per week for studio flats.

The company owns a portfolio of property in the Kensington, Notting Hill Gate and Earls Court areas of London (postcodes W8, W14 and SW5). This portfolio comprises mainly residential properties including studio flats, two bedroom cottages and one, two, three and four bedroom appartments or maisonettes, some having gardens.
The properties are let part furnished, which usually includes a washing machine, dishwasher, beds, sofa and/or chairs, kitchen table etc, but this does vary, depending on the size of each property. Most have central heating, along with fitted kitchens and bathrooms.
All the properties fall within Zone 1 for London Transport and are all conveniently located near London Underground stations and bus stops. Most properties lie inside the Congestion Charge zone, however up to 90% discounts are available for residents, who can also obtain resident parking permits.
We have a selection of commercial properties in the same areas which comprise of shops, restaurants and offices. Some of these also have residential accomodation as part of the property. Please contact Chanly for more information regarding these commercial units.
All the properties are managed by ourselves and are available to rent as and when they become available. We usually rent for a minimum period of six months under a standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.
We employ independent builders who carry out all refurbishment and are available to quickly resolve problems that might occur. It is not necessary to go through managing agents to obtain the landlord's permissions before any work can be carried out, as we are the landlords and can make the decision immediately. It is therefore usual that most problems are resolved within the same day.
Before accepting a new tenant, we do require references from previous landlords, employers and banks and as long as these are acceptable, we then agree the rental term and the deposit. Deposits are held by Chanly and those applicable are covered under the insurance scheme operated by Tenancy Deposit Solutions (www.mydeposits.co.uk). A small non-refundable holding deposit, will secure a property while references are checked and the documentation prepared. Once complete, the keys to your new home are handed over.
